audifans.com has been on the internet since 1991, when it was a single mailing list called the 'quattro' list.
The website and mailing lists have been through a few iterations, then came to a screeching halt one day when the site was hacked. I worked on recovering the site, with moderate success, but the age of forums was upon us, and our traffic was very low, hardly justifying the expense of running a full site.
Many people asked me to bring the archives back, and this site goes back before I got married and had kids, so here they are. And who knows, maybe we'll rebuild the whole engine one day...
