[s-cars] Chip - best choice, a call to tuners

Bob:  Why do you think I asked the VMAP question?  I did it to bring some of tuners out of "lurk" mode.  Guess what?  It worked. For example, we now know Ned has lots of 3 Bar Bosch transducers. (I suppose I could have just asked but.. this was more fun).

I think what would be very interesting would be to have three cars, one box stock, one RS2's and one not quite Happersized (Cody) and then have the "tuners" have a competition to develop the best, most horsepower/most driveable chip, for each of the three cases.
