[s-cars] Paul Frere in the past tense

Ouch! Just got my AutoWeek and it noted that Paul Frere died a few days ago  
at the age of 91.  It reported that he never fully recovered from an  accident 
on the "ring" while testing a Honda in 2006.  He's testing  cars at 89!!!  I 
hope my skills last anywhere into that decade.  Years  ago he was the only 
reason to read "Road and Trash."
