[urq] stock WR vs. ported WX head

The WR and WX are the same head.  The difference lies in the cam.  So if you
don't have the WR cam to go with the WR head, you're proably better off
power-wise with the ported WX, this is assuming both have comaprable life
left..  Now if you do have the cam, I'd probably put the WR cam in the
ported WX head.....
