[200q20v] struts and springs for my 91 Avant

Hi guys, my new 91 Avant arrived by truck last week and I am starting the 
usual upgrades (chip, euro's , etc.).  The car has 88k miles with the 
original struts, and they feel like its time to be replaced.  My 86 Avant 
(which is for sale) has Boge turbo gas front and Koni reds rear (med. stiff 
setting), original springs.  This was a good set up on that car. 

I would like advice on which spring and strut set up is best for me.  I live 
in Minnesota and run snows during the winter, and will use the stock wheels 
during the summer for now.  I would like a firmer ride but not overley harsh. 
 This car will not be used on the track. And I do have frequently heavy 
cargo. Any advise will be greatly appreciated!
