[200q20v] Correct distributor rotor?

Myself and a few other folks in the area are also "glueless in Seattle" (bad
humor; couldn't resist). I think Audi's concern is the possibility the
rotor could work its way off the shaft due to the angle of the distributor.
When I recently replaced my rotor, the fit was so tight it seemed
unnecessary. Anyone had any problems?
