Usually if the fan bearing seizes, the small fusible link in the ground
circuit will fail first (small black housing on the driver's side fender
above the antilock).
Which thermostat? Coolant? the one controlling the three speeds of the fan?
You need to diagnose what went wrong prior to replacing everything. Details?
