Methinks your speedo might indicate a little low.  4th gear is about 19 mph
per 1000 rpm.  I've had mine over 130 indicated in 4th - theroretical would
be close to 135.  Even 18 mph per 1k rpm would give you over 128. Or, maybe
your rev limiter is not set at 7150.
