[200q20v] Problems again

hey all,
I still have no resolution to my problem.  And today the dealership called 
and said they couldnt work on my car anymore- acoording to them there are NO 
catalytic convertors on the car- yet i have a bill of sale proving that i 
had them replaced, and i have checked the work myself. They still refuse to 
work on the car, and they say i have to have the car towed from the 
dealership. WHat should i do now?!?
