[200q20v] Problems again

Oh Lord!  Disregard my immediately prior post.  Now I know what the problem is!  It's all
the fault of Alan Greenspan and the hyper-low unemployment rate in the USA!  Otherwise
first-rate businesses, such as our local Audi dealerships, now cannot find the high
quality personnel that otherwise would staff their fine establishments, because all the
high-tech firms are draining that level of talent.  Therefore, the only replacements
available are those who, in normal times, would be content collecting their government
benefits, which now, sadly, have become much more difficult for them to qualify for.
