[200q20v] Tire size

The owner manual in my 200q20v has an inserted page regarding the tires
that specifies the 215/60/15 as the OEM tire size. This loose page has
been substituted for one that apparently was torn from the manual. It
indicates it is an insert to explain its being there as a loose page. I'm
guessing there was a post-publication spec change or a typo in the original
factory announcements to suppliers and that's why there's some confusion.
