[200q20v] S4 Injectors

I haven't seen the spec on the S4 injectors versus the 200q20v.  I believe 
the S4 runs a 0.5 bar higher fuel pressure, which would account for flowing 
more fuel; probably controlled by the fuel pressure valve on the end of the 
fuel rail.
