[200q20v] blower motor replacement - how nasty a job?

Jim,
I did mine a couple of months back. I took the long
road and removed the entire heater box, because I
wanted to replace the heater core while I was at it.
It was not all that fun.
If all you want to do replace the blower motor, you
can do it with the heater box still in the car. There
are instructions in the q-list archives. Search for
"steak knife" - you'll see why. Others here could
probably steer you in the right (better) direction.
