Another thought to consider is whether or not Uhaul had insurance on its
van.  I justed rented one 2 weeks ago to move to Boston and paid around
$40 for insurance to cover any accident in the Uhaul - if the guy had done
the same thing, or possibly even if not, Uhaul might be someone to
contact.
