[200q20v] Heated locks?

Well I had frozen locks this morning.  What a pain.  Now with my car having
every option I know of, CD/phone, what else was there? back in '91.

Do I have heated locks?  How do I know?  I couldn't remember this morning
how to get them on, now I know.  But I did pull the handle up and hold it,
not the pull briefly to turn on method as the book says.  Anyway nothing
thawed out.

Did all the 91 200s have heated locks?   The owners manual does say "where
applicable".  also says that for the heated washer nozzles.

Maybe they just don't work
