[200q20v] Fogging windows!!! HELP!!

Chris,
Yes, my spring is a little weak and need replacing. Holding over 90 for 20
miles produces no difference - the flap never recloses. The srping lacks
enuf strength to close it that last 1/2 inch or to hold it closed.  Kind of
a PITA when you pass a car and it blows open. But, I can manually close it
pretty easily
