[200q20v] re: stress cracks on strut towers

At Watkins Glen this week, I reviewed a couple more 200q20vs for cracks on the webbing by the passenger strut tower.  Add another wagon to the list.

The V8q uses a different setup than the S4/6 for the strut brace; seems like it would be difficult to adapt to our cars (involves more welded-on bracing).
