[200q20v] Inside Door Handle Cable

My inside door handle cable died last week. It appears the cable broke that
goes to the inside door handle. Has anyone replaced this before? I image you
need a whole new cable, need to take the door panel off and replace it.
Anything hard about this or just a big PIA?
