Not much to to discuss; it's a matter of definition, not opinion.
1 bar = 0.987 atm = 14.5089 psi
So at sea level, 1.8 bar absolute = 11.6 psi (gauge)

????Hmmm. Seems to me you could get very high 0-60 times with exactly the
same gearing. :-)
