Mine starts fine when it's cold (overnight, etc.); about 1 second and it's 
running.

Warm may require several seconds.

I'm thinking it may be... intake air temp sensor in the intake manifold, or a 
coolant temp sensor off the back of the head.  Could also be leaky injectors 
causing a rich condition, but evaporating over time thus starting fine when 
cold.
