[200q20v] Help-What am I looking at?

Ran the diagonostics in the Bently, got error messages 7 and 15, so it looks
like it involves the reostat adjustment motor, 443 820 511 A, which is
illustrated on the bottom of page -third illustration- 114.01 of the ETKA,

My problem is that I can't figure out what they are showing here, or in the
Bentley either, for that matter, which shows a bunch of connectors I am
supposed to test, but I don't know where they are. Is it inside the center
console? any other hints?

Basically, replacing the motor is required; I was able to get another year 
out of one by cleaning all the electrical connections, etc.  Motor is around 
$80? and it's an easy fix.
