[200q20v] Konis and H&R's (Where should they be set)

Hi All !
I just bought new Koni's(Internally Adj)and H&R sport springs for my 1991 200 20v. I'm in the process of installling the set and I want to know if anyone has any experience with this shock and spring setup. I want to set the shocks so I won't have to take them out and re-adjust, my driving habits are mostly on the street but will be tracking the car quite abit next summer. I'm guessing to be safe set them in the middle! The adjustment is as follows.... compress shock all the way and turn clock-wise to stiffen +2 turns. Any help is appreciated!!!!\
