You might also be able to turn you existing UFOs (details on my site), but as 
Paul said, a new set is definately the cheapest option.  Oh, and new pads run 
somewhere around $100.
Replacement struts run at least $500 for the pair, then there's installation, 
plus buying the brakes (rotors, pads, calipers), and you end up with less 
braking than the UFOs.  But, then you can buy an off-the-shelf braking kit.

Anyone here have the 2-Bennett kit?
