[200q20v] Help-UFO brake problems!

Interesting!  But further, Bentley, 46-10e, refers to an apparently even
earlier version, pre your #1 (maybe used on the '90 V8) that just used a hex
head bolt and, I suppose, without the locating washer.  Thus, I would
further suppose that both the hex bolt and your #1 flat head screw types had
no counterbore in the hub around the threaded hole, inasmuch as apparently
they used no locating shoulder washer.  Have you ever seen a hub with two
threaded locating holes, one counterbored and one not, as would be required
for total enterchangability?

I have Your #2 version with a counterbored locating hole in the hub, and
have not seen the others.

This is probably more that any of us want or need to know.  More below.

As I recall, this version may appear to be a dual diameter hole when the
rotor is on the hub, but in actuallity is a single diameter thru hole in the
rotor and a smaller counter bored hole in the hub, thus accepting the
stepped shoulder washer to locate the two parts independent of the retaining
screw dia.
