[200q20v] Where is the oil temperature sender located?

I just had my mechanic replace the timing belt, water pump and so on in my
newly acquired 1991 Avant.  As part of the job, he also replaced the oil
temperature sender.

I still have no reading from the oil temperature gauge.  I'm wondering if he
forgot to reconnect the wire(s).  Where is the oil temperature sender
located?  Be as specific as you can.

I hope to check the wiring connection before I call him back.
