[200q20v] Power steering pump

Did you get all the oil into the pump you could before connecting the new 
hoses.  For example,  putting oil into the pump intake and turning the 
pulley by hand repeatedly until it comes out the output holes?

Did you change the hoses because they leaked or because the pump made noises?
