AFAIK, all Hakka 1's come with stud holes. But they are not terrific as studless
tires. My Hakka dealer is a strong proponent of the new Hakka Q's... their top
studless tire.

I run Hakka NRW-H's on my wife's SAAB turbo and find them great year-round... she
doesn't drive hard in the summer. I'm debating between these and Hakka Q's for my
UrQ... I'll need to do something quickly. Because of the clearly superior handling
charateristics of the NRW's, I'm leaning that way... though my dealer strongly
tells me they aren't "up to his standards" in the snow.

On my Bronco, I run Hakka 10LT's without studs (studs aren't allowed here). GREAT
in deep snow and slush, but not as good as I'd like on hard snow pack and ice.

If studs are an option and you are on ice at all, run them.
