[200q20v] Problems.. where to start? (very long)

It sounds like the problem is a fuel leak into the engine and utilmately it
is stowed in the oil. The oil level is then over filled and it gets into the
combustion chamber, then you have all sorts of unburnt fuel in the exhaust
with a high amount of gas/oil going into the exhaust. This could be why the
cats plugged up. Can't remember if yours were wet and clogged or dry and
broken honey comb. Once they are plugged up, you're not gonna be able to
start your motor. Exhaust back pressure goes way up and you'll never be able
to spin the turbo produce boost. You mentioned no boost in your previous
post.
So the problem still remains: how is the gas getting into the oil? The only
place it goes in is through the inlet manifold through the injector, right?
I don't think there is any other place it could leak into the engine. Maybe
you have a really bad injector that is just dumping fuel into the manifold.
Instead of plugging, it's leaking like a sieve. That would be something I
would be looking at. Have the dealer take the injectors out and do a spray
pattern into a jar, there is probably a procedure in the Bently. I don't
know if there is a cold start injector on a Motronic fuel system, but if so,
make sure it isn't leaking...
Make sure you have a free flow exhaust, if the new cats are blocked, you'll
never be able to start or idle the car. If it does idle, then it will have
no power if it isn't completely blocked.
Keep looking at the fuel system and where it is leaking....
