[200q20v] Problems.. where to start? (very long)

I would like to add a second to Chris' suggestion. Remove and
cap the vacuum line that runs from the back of the intake
manifold to the fuel pressure regulator.

The car would be running very, very rich. The car would destroy
cats, your oil level would raise, and the most serious effect
would be filling up a cylinder with fuel after shutting the
engine off and hydro locking the engine upon restart.

I would also classify the frequency valve that draws vacuum from
the carbon canister and the evaporative control system as an
"unlikely" suspect.

Another "unlikely" would be a plugged (or crushed) fuel return
line. This would cause the fuel pressure to go through the
roof. Even at the injectors lowest duty cycle the engine would
be running very rich.
