In the V8 group, fuel pressure regulator leakage has been a _very_ common
problem. FPR failure hasn't been a common complaint with our model (AFAIK),
and I've often wondered why. It's hard to believe we'd _not_ have a similar
tendency.

In the V8 group, when a regulator fails, at shut off, a cylinder can fill with gas. Go to start up, and you've got a (virtually) uncompressable fluid in a cylinder - bam, off go the teeth of the flywheel as the cylinder suddenly stops turning. Very bad. I think the V8 pressure regulator is about $60, and is probably the same part we use (but check your part numbers! as we may use higher system pressure).
