Checking out the suspension certainly is a good idea. No doubt bad/worn
bushings can/will cause tail-wagging, BTDT. A potential easy and no-cost
diagnosis would be to swap the tahrs front to rear and observe if the
oversteer effect changes. If the oversteer effect remains about the same you
can pretty much rule out the tahrs as the root cause and move on the examing
the suspension. If you're going to shotgun the diagnosis always check the
simple, easy and stupid things first before moving on to the expensive and
difficult possibilities.
