[200q20v] Alternator noise over speakers!!

Hi all,
I just installed a new head unit, speakers and 2 amps in my 91 200 20 and I'm getting this awful alternator whine over the speakers, I talked to a local install shop and they advised me to check my grounds, which I have and are goodwodering if any of you have gone through this dilemma and what was done to correct the problem.. Thanks in advance
