[200q20v] Leaking hydraulics; not a hose or the rack.

Clean with solvent and wipe the whole pump dry. especially underside, so no
oil.  Start up and probe for oil with a dry paper towel. You'll probably
find oil leaking from one of the split joints in the pump, which means that
you need a rebuilt pump.
