The panel "should" not be squeaking against the door or internally due to 
the large number of fasteners supposed to be present around the bottom of 
the panel... But two places that I believe mine squeak are along the bottom 
edge of the panel, where it rubs on the lower door threshold molding (the 
plastic piece you step over to get into/out of the car); and the curve 
matching the instrument panel bulge for vents, where it can rub against the 
side pieces of the dash structure. Silicone spray in these locations often 
stops the squeaking, unless it's the changes in ambient temperature and 
humidity.
