I once sent a message to Audi through the web page feedback, saying I 
was an enthusiast, etc. etc. and could I get a copy of the brochure 
for my car.

A few weeks later, when I had completely forgotten about it, along 
comes a -Fedex- envelope(not regular mail, or UPS, mind you) from 
someone from the Michigan office, with a brochure that was in 
pristine condition.
