[200q20v] New TBV failed within 1200 miles!

I paid $30 including shipping for the 993 tbv. The Bosch number is 0 280 142
108. It is black plastic, and looks identical to the original part (0 280
142 106) on the outside, but the diaphram itself looks a little different,
more metal in the disk. You can't see the spring size, they are behind the
diaphram.
