[200q20v] Good dealer in San Jose Area...

Folks:

A close friend of mine (non lister) has an A6-4.2 and seems to be getting 
the service run-around at his dealer (Carlsen Audi).  He's had headaches 
from the fuel pump recall, to non-operating AC.  He now has an oil leak and 
the dealer told him that they could schedule him for October service.

Since all of these problems were warranty-related he needs to go to a dealer.

Can anyone recommend a dealer with a decent service department in the San 
Jose area.
