[200q20v] questions (TBV and Shift knob)

Hi all,

  two quick questions:

      (1)  does anyone know if the shift knob in this auction will fit on a 
91 200?

     (2)
        just a passing thought, but has anyone considered putting a blow off 
valve on in place of the turbo bypass valve (ot throttle overrun cutout, 
what ever you want to call it..)  I really have no clue about whether it 
would work, but it would be interesting to find out
