[200q20v] child seat

Kids seats come with a little plate that you route the belts through. This
is to keep the upper belt from just flopping around. If you do not have the
plate (about 80% of the seats installed do not) the seat is not very
effective. When installed it holds the seat nice and tight.
If you have lost your plate or did not get one, you can pick one up where
ever they sell car seats.
HTH,
Pete
