[200q20v] Cupholder for Type 44 Audis

There is a cupholder available for the 100, which also fits the 200. 
It "converts" the center console bin by your elbow into a 2-space 
cupholder.

Our family has also found the kind that slips in the window between 
the glass and the door pretty nifty.  Don't even need to put velcro 
anywhere.
