Really needs tweets added in otherwise no treble to speak of. Also a big
bump at around 200 hz. The speakers have really low resistance, like 3 ohms
or less, so you need an amp with very low output impedance or you could burn
up the output stage. I finally jetisoned that idea and mounted new cheapie
6x9's in back which were pretty much bolt in except for a custom gasket. I
made it by ripping the gasket off the old bose speakers and adding it to the
new speakers. The fronts are a different story. I'm planning on putting
tweeters in the dash. (The grills pop out really easily.) I'm working on
putting new midrange speakers in the original enclosures in the door.
