[200q20v] Non-Functional Fan/Afterrun pump

My overflow tank had a very small crack in it. Would only leak occasionally.
Replacement was ~$40  and a very simple thing to do. As far as I know, it is
a sealed system, as in there is no way one should ever lose coolant out the
tank.
