Just installed a new chip, eh? :-)
You have a blown turbo hose. 

The only reason why your car is not stalling is because the '91 200 is a
hotwire Motronic. My '89 200 with the mechanical CIS was not so merciful. 
I once barely made it home from a Q Club on the stock hose wrapped in
duct tape.

Get a Samco regardless. Don't even bother with the OEM rubber junk. BTW,
the price is almost the same.
