Brett,
IMO, you are looking at irrelevant thermal properties. Conductivity and
viscosity are relatively unimportant in a good heat transfer fluid. The
specific heat of the fluid is all important, and water is the best of all
fluids, and the cheapest. Beware of the fat wallet syndrome.
