I put about 40,000 miles on k24 with Ned's stage III chip. Car came to me
with 98k and I put about 10k on before chipping. I wound that sucker pretty
tight (as high as 24 psi)and it saw some track time under those conditions.
It let go about 155k and gave plenty of warning. I have a slightly bigger
turbo and keep it "down" to 22 psi and so far no problems. I think Ned's
systems are well designed and I don't think he would sell something that
would have a major effect on longevity. Unless you are wailing on it all the
time, I don't think you will have significant wear above ordinary usage.
