[200q20v] Tie rod adjusting?!

Hello All:

Anybody have any successful experiences in freeing-up frozen tie-rod
adjusters?  I've gotten the 'jam' nuts and 'clamping' collars loose, but no
luck in rotating the adjuster.  Have tried copious amounts of penetrating
oil and even mild heat.  Really don't want to have to remove from car...
Any suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks.
