[200q20v] window regulator motor?

A couple of weeks ago my daughter was hit in the L-rear door in her 90q20.
I bought a same color used door and installed it myself and saved her $1200.
Told her I will hold it for parts for her 90q.  She doesn't see it that way.

The used door came complete with glass/regulator & such, so now I have some
parts.

My 91'200q right rear window regulator has never worked since I've owned the
car.
I put power directly to the motor and nothing, so I assume the motor is bad.
The switch checked ok.


Q: Can I take the motor off of the used 90 door regulator and put it on the
200 regulator?
I took the 2 bolts off the motor case last night but the windings do not
want to come off.
Any BTDT?

Any one need a left rear window for a 90q?
