[200q20v] fuel link leak under pass front door

Cut the tube at the leak and slip a compression coupling over the area.

Trying to flare old rusty tubing, as some have suggested, is IMO a bad deal,
doomed to failure, just cut with a tubing cutter.  Rubber tube and hose
clamps would be an OK fix also, as the pressure is not great, aboout 50 psi
max.
