[200q20v] pulsing lights

Anyone ever had any experience with their lights pulsing?

ALL the lights do this.. dash/stereo/taillights/headlights/switches etc.

The alternator is putting out a steady~14.5 volts (multimeter at alternator)
and there do not seem to be any adverse affects.
The alternator is original however the Bosch regulator is only a few years
old.
