[200q20v] HEATER: Sheeza HOT, Sheeza COLD...

Just got back from Maine, and I haven't started to research this yet, but
thought maybe somebody can help. This is my first Winter with the 200, and
the climate control is not very controlled. The heater works great, but once
it gets the car warmed up, it cycles from what seems to be full hot for a
few minutes, and then full cold for a shorter amount of time. My kids even
commented, "Dad, do you have the air conditioner on?".  It does, however, do
a great job of keeping you awake and alert on a long trip!!  Ant ideas or
BTDT?
